The latest AI toll ChatGPT – Chabot Conversational AI is creating a buzz among computer scientist and programming due to its creative capabilities.

• ChatGPT is a new Chabot developed by OpenAI company
• ChatGPT is more than a chat bot and is fine-tuned to provide conversational response.
• It is a ‘conversational AI’ and answer queries just like a human being.
• ChatGPT is being seen as a replacement for the basic email, party planning lists, write four pages essays, solve math equations and even spot error in code.
• It uses GPT Language model which is a type of neural network that can create new content based on input content and that is called training data.
• The new technology is suitable for creative task like writing a new story.

• Data driven and predictive Chatbot – they are much more complex, sophisticated and personalised than a task oriented chatbot. It applies predictive intelligence and analytics to enable personalisation based on past user profile and behaviour.

• In business, Chatbot is used to customer contact centres to manage incoming communications and direct users to appropriate resources.
• Chatbot helps consumer in varieties of task like ordering events tickets to booking, routine banking and retail services.
