Directions (Q. Nos. 1-10) In each question below is given a statement followed by two assumptions. An assumption is something supposed or taken for granted. You have to consider the statement and decide which of the assumption is implicit in the statement.

(B) If only assumption (ii) is implicit.

(C) If neither assumption (i) nor (ii) is implicit.

(D) If both assumptions (i) and (ii) are implicit.

1. Statement: The government has decided to run all commercial vehicles on biofuels in order to save the depleting fossil fuel reserves.

Assumptions

(i) It is possible to switch over the depleting fossil fuel to biofuels for vehicles.

(ii) Sufficient amount of biofuel can be produced in the country to run all commercial vehicles
